Yellowfish and Tri Factor has come together and formed a free weekly cycling and running training group for the community. Not only we gather to train but also to help and share our experienced in these sport.
The weekly training consist of cycling training with occasionally bike skill and brick training. Run training with statics exercises to build strength and followed by track work out.
Sunday Cycling Training
July 23, 30, Aug 13, Sept 17, Nov 5
Cyclist to assemble in front of ECP Car Park F2, cycling track, near the beach and be ready to move out at 7am sharp. (See map below)
Participants are responsible for their own safety during training. There are no safety vehicles.
All participants are advised to bring along their mobile phone for emergency purposes.
Training route & details will be brief 2 to 3 days before the training day through Tri Factor FB Page or Yellowfish Swim FB Page.

Wednesday Running Training

Runners are to assemble at 21 Evans Road, CCAB stadium, nearer to HQ building side. 7pm to 845pm (See map below)
Participants are responsible for their own safety during training. There are no medic support.
All participants are advised to bring along water for hydration

About the in-charge
David Lim, more commonly known as Yellowfish . He has done numerous triathlon locally & overseas for the past 20 years. A certified triathlon coach & swimming coach. Someone who believe that to be good, training need to be consistent & enjoyable.
