Adult Training Sessions

  1. A weekly pool session that focuses on freestyle mileage and speed with minimum drills. Occasional coverage of breaststroke, butterfly and backstroke for overall conditioning.

Suitable for intermediate to advanced level swimmers, and for individuals planning to participate in long distance triathlon races.

  • Venue: Katong Swimming Complex, 111 Wilkinson Road, Singapore 436752
  • Day: Every Tuesday
  • Time: 7:00pm – 8:30pm
  • Fees: $220 for 22 sessions (single session drop in fee is $20/session)

All swimmers are required to sign an indemnity form before the start of their first session.

Adult Beginners

Swim classes are suitable for those who wish to learn how to swim or increase their water confidence.

Learning to swim at any age is an extremely important skill. The ability to swim with confidence increases one’s enjoyment of aquatic environments, be it the pool or the beach, and is a life-saving skill.

Classes come in blocks of 10 sessions, and the course will cover the following aspects of swimming:

  • basic water safety
  • treading water
  • breaststroke
  • freestyle

 Tri Factor Training

We have formed a weekly training group starting from 24/7/17 for cycling on Sunday & Running Training on Wed. On top of that we will also have clinic for Open Water swim & race simulation. (See calendar)

Participants for Sunday Cycling Training–
Cyclist to assemble infront of ECP Car Park F2, cycling track, near the beach and be ready to move out at 7am sharp.
Participants are responsible for their own safety during training. There are no safety vehicles.
All participants are advised to bring along their mobile phone for emergency purposes.
Training route & details will be brief 2 to 3 days before the training day through Tri Factor FB Page or Yellowfish Swim FB Page.
in the event of poor weather, there will be a update through Tri Factor FB Page or Yellowfish Swim FB Page at 6am.
Inorder to facilitate training & communication well, all participants are advised to register

Participants for Wednesday Running Training–
Runners are to assemble at 21 Evans Road, CCAB stadium, 100m curve near building side. 7pm to 845pm
Participants are responsible for their own safety during training. There are no medic.
All participants are advised to bring along water for hydration
Training route & details will be brief on that day itself
In the event of poor weather, there will be a update through Tri Factor FB Page or Yellowfish Swim FB Page at 6pm.

David Lim, more commonly known as ‘Yellowfish’ . He has done numerous triathlon locally & overseas for the past 20 years. A certified triathlon coach & swimming coach. Someone who believe that to be good, training need to be consistent & enjoyable. Mobile 91014211
